All items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment in their original condition. Only unopened and factory-sealed items are considered to be in “original condition”.

If you want to return an item, you are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned items without defects or ordered mistakenly.
We cover shipping charges if the wrong item was sent due to our error.
You can initiate an exchange or return by email. Please don’t forget to provide the order number and the date.
For a properly returned item (in original condition, without defects, or sent in error), you will receive an email notifying you when we have received, inspected, and either approved or rejected your refund.
If the return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
