Direct costs decreased by up to 30% thanks to our ink’s chemical purity, heavy pigment concentration, and extended shelf life, which reduces printhead maintenance and increases ink yield. No other ink saves you money like LIPLA.
Instant ink curing reduces labor costs by eliminating wasted media and reprinting time. LIPLA’s UV solvent formula allows even the deepest prints to fully cure under UV lamps only. Prints no longer give off strong chemical odors as with chemical solvents, and best of all, our ink does not need time to cure. Say goodbye forever to sticky, half-cured prints!
High concentrations of pigment can reduce overall ink costs by up to 30% as shown by extensive testing on a variety of different manufacturers’ printers. LIPLA’s highly dense colors significantly reduce ink consumption by loading more pigments per square inch than its competitors. This exceptional efficiency allows you to print more with less ink.
With 24 months of shelf life, this is the leading and most popular family of UV curable inks for our customers who run low production/high-resolution UV printers. As a general-use line, LIPLA HD’s physical and chemical properties excel on the widest range of materials, environments, and uses.
Designed for newer, super-resolution piezo printheads, including models from Kyocera and Epson, KYO is suitable for printing on roll-to-roll and hybrid wide-format UV printers.
