In short

We collect what you type into the contact form plus basic analytics about how the site is used. When your enquiry is about buying or installing ink, we pass your details to the dealer covering your region so they can answer you. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

Contact form. Name, company, email, phone, state or country, printer brand and model, the ink you currently run, the reason for the enquiry and your message.
Analytics. Standard website measurement — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type.

We do not ask for payment details, and the site cannot take an order: it does not sell anything.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and route it to whoever can act on it.
To add printer models we did not have to our equipment database.
To understand which parts of the site are useful and which are not.

Sharing your enquiry with a dealer

We do not sell the ink ourselves. Enquiries about buying, pricing, delivery or installation are passed to the LIPLA dealer covering your region so that they can respond to you directly. What we hand over is what you gave us in the form — your contact details, your equipment, the ink you run today, your region and your message.

We do not pass on your browsing history, your analytics record or any assessment of you as a buyer. Once a dealer contacts you, their own privacy policy governs what they do with the information. If you would rather we did not pass your enquiry on, say so in the message and we will answer you ourselves.

Service providers

We use third parties to host this site, deliver our email and measure site usage. They process the data on our instructions and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the conversation they started and any supply relationship that follows. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your rights in California

Under the CCPA and CPRA, California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask for it to be deleted or corrected, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. Exercising any of these rights costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.
